Braze-on

A curved mounting tab protruding from the seat-tube generally located 4-6 inches above the bottom bracket shell. The hole in the mounting tab that the mounting bolt fits through is approximately 1.5cm tall which allows for minor height adjustments of the front derailleur. If the outside front derailleur cage plate is too close to the large chainring then the mounting bolt can be loosened allowing the entire front derailleur to be moved to a more optimal position.
