Crown Race Interface

The crown race is installed onto the crown/steerer tube of forks and is used as an interface between the fork and the lower headset bearing in the frame. Fork crowns come in a number of different diameters so it's important to find the correct size crown race.
Some forks, mostly road bike forks, have the crown race integrated into the steerer tube.
